In the 18th century, the site of the modern building at Sergius of Radonezh Street 15-17, Bldg. 2, was occupied by a city estate owned by merchants and traders. This area, known as Rogozhskaya Sloboda, was a bustling center of trade and craftsmanship.

The building was used for both commercial and residential purposes, hosting various businesses and institutions, such as workshops and shops. During this period, the address was updated from "Rogozhskaya District, Property 209/210" to "Sergius of Radonezh Street, 15-17."

1920s

After the October Revolution, the building was nationalized and used for communal apartments and government offices.

1930s

The building served as an administrative center, accommodating workers and employees.

1950s

Restoration work was carried out to maintain the building in good condition. It was primarily used for residential purposes.
